The months are flying by for me! So many changes are happening both professionally and personally.

I'll start with some personal changes.  My youngest son just finished up his senior year of high school.  For me, that's the completion of 13 years of homeschooling my three sons.  It's a bittersweet moment, as I have thoroughly enjoyed spending so much time with my boys, and watching them grow into amazing humans is so rewarding!  My oldest just bought a house (gratefully just up the hill and adjacent to our property).  So now my oldest is moving out, and my middle son will be moving in with him.  I know one thing that's for sure...I will have a lot more free time!

Now, for some professional news.  The interior of the book is complete!  My editor just sent over the final version after proofreading, and it looks fabulous!  Declan finished the front and back cover art, and that is now in the capable hands of my editor, Dakota.  My back-of-the-book blurb is complete (check it out on my website), so the rest of the publishing process will proceed with minimal input from me.

That's not to say I don't have a lot to be doing.  Researching various podcasts, blogs, and other promotional opportunities (libraries, independent bookstores, schools, etc.) will keep me quite busy until the book is released.  (No, I don't have a date yet for that.)  If you have a favorite podcast, blog, or other outlet that you think would be a good fit, I'd love to hear about it!  Email me at hello@evelynafisher.com.
