Illustrator Bio

Declan T. Fisher is a 19-year-old illustrator from Northern California.  He is currently a college student and has been studying art there for the past two years, building on many years of personal practice.  Fisher primarily works with graphite and pen, and also incorporates watercolor and acrylic paint into his work.  His illustrations focus on developing strong fundamentals while experimenting with different techniques and styles.  Fisher is continuing to learn and refine his approach to creation.
